Steve Kimock & Friends Come to The Wilbur
WHAT: On Thursday, August 6th, 2015, Steve Kimock is coming to The Wilbur in Boston’s historic Theatre District.
Steve Kimock & Band Returns to East Coast, performing Grateful Dead, Jerry Garcia, and Classic Kimock Songs. Fresh off a triumphant residency at Sweetwater Music Hall in the San Francisco Bay Area and following his Tribute to Jerry Garcia tour in the east, Steve Kimock, with long-time colleagues Bobby Vega (bass, Zero), Jay Lane (drums, Primus, RatDog), Jeff Chimenti (keyboards, RatDog, Furthur, Fare Thee Well Concerts) and Lebo (guitar, vocals, A.L.O.) will return East in August.
There they will beguile us with a mixed repertoire of Kimock classics, Grateful Dead, and Jerry Garcia songs. Steve Kimock carries on a proud tradition of truly original lead guitarists powerlifting the San Francisco psychedelic tradition with taste, style, and class. Not to be missed.
