- Gift Certificates can be redeemed in person or on the phone with the Wilbur Theatre box office.
- To redeem purchased Gift Certificates by phone call 617-248-9700 between Noon – 6 PM Monday – Saturday
- Gift Certificates can only be used for shows currently on sale.
- Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for Cash.
- Credit Card payment must be used for any additional amount owed.
- For phone orders, Gift Certificate must be exchanged at will call pickup.
- All Gift Certificates expire on 12/31/2011.
